This application serves as a time management tool designed specifically for meetings and conferences, allowing users to efficiently organize and monitor scheduled agendas.

Usage Overview:
<ul>
<li>Begin by tapping the Add (+) button to initiate a new agenda entry.</li>
<li>Enter the agenda title, select the desired time, and choose an alarm sound to accompany the notification.</li>
<li>Confirm your entry by pressing the Create button.</li>
<li>Repeat these steps to input all relevant agendas for your conference or meeting.</li>
<li>Once all agendas are entered, tap the Start button to commence the timer sequence.</li>
<li>When a segment's time expires, options to extend or proceed to the next agenda will be presented.</li>
<li>If extending, the app activates a stopwatch function for additional timing flexibility.</li>
<li>If proceeding to the next agenda, the timer automatically transitions to the subsequent item.</li>
<li>Upon completion of all scheduled agendas, the app displays a summary of results and schedule adherence, allowing users to review planned versus completed items.</li>
</ul>

Template Management:
<ul>
<li>The current settings can be saved for future use by pressing the save button (represented by a floppy disk icon).</li>
<li>Predefined templates can be applied using the apply button (shown as a list icon), facilitating quick setup for recurring meetings.</li>
</ul>

Settings and Notifications:
<ul>
<li>Users can review current notification preferences within the app settings section.</li>
<li>If notifications are enabled, alarms will trigger even if the app is moved to the background, ensuring timely alerts during meetings.</li>
